The Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, the Warnow, the Groß Labenz Lake and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hikes, bike tours and various water sports options. Due to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. It takes less than 45 minutes to Rostock and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg or Berlin are no problem.
