Beautiful Villa with Swimming Pool
Description
This self-catering holiday home is located in Ferienresort Coochem.
The interior is modern and complete. In the small but beautiful living room you will find a TV. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. You will have three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with two single beds with boxes, which could be in a single or double unit. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with three single box beds. There is a bathroom on each of the two floors, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. You will also find a separate toilet on each floor.
There is a garden with a terrace, garden furniture and two sun loungers. The garden can be reached through French doors from the kitchen. A storage room and an outdoor sauna complete the picture. There is parking for one car near the holiday home.
Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

I was very upset about the extra cost. The whole equipment of the house consisted of a roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tap and a 10ml bottle of washing-up liquid. You have to pay extra for bed linen, you have to pay extra for towels, for almost 500 euros for 3 nights not even the final cleaning is included. The house was also getting on in years and the garden could have been taken care of more. The location of the holiday home was okay, you are within ten minutes by car in Cochem.
Very nice houses and clean but if you go with a dog I don't think it's that great because there is no fence and you always have to have the dog on a leash so that it doesn't run off. That would be worth an improvement if you take care of dogs dogs can run free
I would describe the stay at the Golf Resort Cochem as average. The indoor pool was closed ..... why ??? We were there as a family with 3 children. The indoor playground is very small and the outdoor playground is nothing special either. Our house was okay. The price for the final cleaning was very high. We had booked at short notice for June through Bellvilla and asked when booking whether we could stay with our whole family, this was answered in the affirmative. On the morning of our planned arrival, we were called and told that a stay was not possible due to the corona regulations. We were then asked by Belvilla to rebook as soon as a refund was not possible! The second house that we then booked was cheaper. But the difference was not refunded to us either, so we lost around € 150! NEVER AGAIN Bellvilla !!!
Very clean and spacious house. Supper for the children that they could play with the neighbors' children behind the house
The booking was very easy and good, but when we wanted to book an extra holiday home, our first booking was canceled and it was very difficult and complicated to reach someone to clarify, when we reached someone (probably in Austria) after several attempts Thank God we helped very quickly and very satisfactorily, thank you very much, Gruss Holger Klammer
Price performance ratio was very good. Friendly contact person in the holiday complex. Gladly again.
