Description
This refurbished, detached, Koos Kids villa is situated in holiday resort Cochem and features a Koos Konijn theme throughout. There's a Koos Konijn shower curtain, a Koos dining table and a Koos bean bag. Two of the total of six bedrooms are furnished in Koos style. There's a bunk bed with a slide.
The interior is modern and well-equipped. The cozy living room includes a TV, while the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave.
There are six bedrooms: two on the ground floor with flexible bedding options (two single beds or a double), and four upstairs. The upstairs layout includes two rooms with bunk beds, one with two single beds, and a nursery with a cot and changing station.
The ground floor has one bathroom with a shower, while the first floor has three more: one with a shower, one with a bath, and one with a shower and sauna. Each floor also has a separate toilet.
The layout of the villa makes it ideal for six adults, four children under 12 and up to three babies under 2. This child-friendly villa is fitted with a stair gate upstairs, child-proof sockets throughout and there's a playpen and a high chair.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is parking space for two cars at the holiday home.
note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.

House was not properly clean. There was a lot of dust and used tissues under the sofas and beds. Finishing of the house was bad. The park has 2 very small playgrounds and little other entertainment for the kids. Only 10 children were allowed in at the kidz club and the swimming pool was closed.

Never book with Belvilla! We thought we were going to work with a reliable agency and were therefore willing to pay a little more than if we had booked a house directly with a landlord. What a disappointment. They promise to call back in the morning when you speak to them and then don't call back, they shut down the phone in the afternoon and are unreachable, they give wrong advice about being able to rebook the trip via the website due to the recent flooding. They say they will help and will call back for that, but they don't call back nor do they have a solution. Our holiday was canceled and fell into the water and they are not giving a refund! We still hope for cooperation, but as it stands we will never book with Belvilla again. Unreliable.
The house is in a condition that needs to be improved. The outside facade is broken. The wall on the patio door and the door are stained with splashes of wine. There was also a missing smoke detector in the dining and living room area, the ventilation in the upper bathing area is defective, the lighting in the bathroom is defective. Furthermore, the inspection flap was fastened with adhesive tape in a makeshift manner. The doors would all have to be readjusted and in the end a toilet brush was missing. Before the houses are handed over to new tenants, it would be nice for a review to take place. Because, as a vacationer, I am not obliged to check everything for completeness, cleanliness, sources of accidents and intactness. The interior design did not agree with the offer pictures by far. Not even close. The reception staff at Roompot is very friendly and tries to find a solution for everything. For us this object will no longer be an option.
