"Sea Buckthorn Pearl." Baabe is located on the Mönchgut peninsula, in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO protected area. The diverse surroundings offer numerous opportunities for excursions into nature on foot or by bicycle. The long beach promenade connects Baabe with the seaside resorts of Göhren and Sellin.

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.

A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional costs.

Electricity (€0.45/kWh), gas (€1.98/m³), and water (€7.20/m³) will be billed according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The visitor's tax is payable before arrival.
One parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.

Even in autumn and winter, enjoy a long walk on the beach, then relax in the private sauna and whirlpool, and later end the evening in front of the crackling fireplace with a glass of wine or a cup of tea – pure bliss!

Since the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, situated in a shallow bay, benefits from a stimulating climate with low pollen levels, clean sea air, and mild, moderate winds, the natural conditions here are absolutely ideal for allergy sufferers.

We offer smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets, and pillows to reduce dust mites. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
