Our beautiful holiday home "Sommerwind 202" is nestled in the dunes under old pine trees. Built in Scandinavian style, it's an idyllic retreat in every season.
The house is modernly furnished with attention to detail. It features two bedrooms, a cozy living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Electric heating provides basic warmth.

Please note that during New Year's week, the property is only available for weekly bookings at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges.
Electricity (€0.42/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee. The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
The bathroom, with shower, toilet, and large mirror above the vanity, invites you to relax in the large bathtub or the private sauna.
When the weather is nice, the terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
This is a holiday to truly enjoy!
Please note: The houses in the beach park are located within a biosphere reserve; therefore, open fires are not permitted.
