Information regarding additional costs and fees:

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 over New Year's). The security deposit will be refunded after the final billing of additional costs.
Electricity (€0.55/kWh), gas (€0.98/m³), and water (€8.50/m³) will be billed according to consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.
Bed linen, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One dog can be booked for an extra charge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
Free parking is available near the house. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.

From our bright, light-filled gallery, you'll enjoy a wonderful view of the pine forest. Our house features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and an additional sleeping space for two people in a niche on the gallery. On the lower floor, you'll find a spacious spa-like bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool. Since the dormer window was added in 2023, the house also has an additional bathroom on the upper floor.

During the colder months, underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a dining area provide further amenities. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on our large terrace and relax in the beach chair. In the winter, a fireplace in the living room provides warmth (in addition to the underfloor heating). Our house is worth a visit any time of year!

Please note: The houses in the beach park are located within a biosphere reserve; therefore, open fires are not permitted.
