"Strandbrise 201" in Baabe Beach Park, just a few meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, was completely renovated in 2020.
This vacation home has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal of approval.

The house is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, it removes 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.

It is equipped with everything you could wish for. Relax in the private sauna, unwind in the whirlpool, and end the evening in front of the crackling fireplace. During the colder months, electric underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth for your feet.

Electric heating provides basic warmth throughout the house.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 6 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.

Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.

A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee (€200 for New Year's Eve). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges.

Electricity (€0.35/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption and deducted from the security deposit.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered from the property manager for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.
The house has three bedrooms with a total of six beds and a sofa bed for two people on the mezzanine.

On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living and dining area, the well-equipped kitchen, one of the bedrooms, and the spa-like bathroom with shower, whirlpool, and private sauna.

The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Please note: The houses in the beach park are located within a biosphere reserve, therefore open fires are not permitted.
