Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with arrival and departure on Saturday.

A security deposit of €200 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less any additional charges.

Electricity (€0.35/kWh), gas (€0.98/m³), and water (€6.50/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).
Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Parking is available near the house. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.

In winter, you can enjoy wonderful walks on the miles of white sandy beach, let the gentle winter breezes invigorate you, and then warm up in your private wood-fired sauna. A whirlpool, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove provide further comfort in the spacious 77 sq m (750 sq ft) living area.

Two bedrooms (one on the ground floor) comfortably accommodate four people.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and serve them at the dining table in the glass-enclosed bay window with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Please note: The houses in the beach park are located in a biosphere reserve; therefore, open fires are not permitted.
